When Does My Turnaround Start?
Your production clock starts the next business day after all three of the following conditions are met:
- Your order is fully placed
- Payment is received
- Your print-ready artwork is approved
Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays begin processing the following business day.
Production Times
Turnaround times shown at checkout represent production duration only. They do not include shipping transit time. Production timelines may vary due to file issues, proof delays, high order volume, or printer constraints.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping time is separate from production and depends on the carrier and shipping method selected at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing. Once your order is handed to a carrier, Brochure King is not responsible for delays, damage, or issues beyond our control, including weather or customs delays.
