Production Time vs. Shipping Time

Your total delivery date is production time plus shipping transit time. Production is the time it takes to print and finish your order. Shipping is the time the carrier takes to deliver it. The turnaround shown at checkout reflects production only. See our Turnaround Times page for details on when the production clock starts.

Shipping Methods and Carriers

We ship throughout the United States via major carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Available methods and rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your destination, the product, and the weight of your order. Orders ship from our production facility once printing and finishing are complete.

Delivery Estimates

• Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees, unless confirmed in writing.
• Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
• A tracking number is emailed to you once your order leaves the facility.

Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before approving your order. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. Orders returned to us due to an address error may incur a reshipment charge. We currently ship within the United States only.

Delays, Damage, and Lost Packages

Once an order is handed to a carrier, transit is outside our control. We are not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, mechanical issues, or other factors beyond our control. If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us at orders@brochureking.com so we can open a carrier claim and arrange a reprint or refund where appropriate. Rush and Deadline Orders

If you have a firm in-hand date or an event deadline, contact us before placing your order. We will confirm whether the production and shipping window can meet your timeline and recommend the right method.
