What file format should I send?
Print-ready PDF is best. We also accept AI, PSD, INDD, JPG, and PNG. Build to our template with 0.125" bleed, CMYK color, and 300 DPI. Not sure? Our free file check catches problems before printing.
How long does printing take?
Standard turnaround is 4–5 business days. Choose Fast (2–3 days) or Rush (next business day) at checkout — your estimated ship date updates live as you select.
Can you design the file for me?
Yes. Our in-house design team can create a layout that fits your brand. Upload your logo and content and we'll handle the rest.
What is the difference between the paper stocks?
100lb text is our most popular all-rounder. 100lb cover is heavier and more rigid. 14pt cardstock feels premium and substantial. Soft-touch laminate adds a velvety, luxe finish.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Always. The per-piece price drops as quantity rises — you'll see the savings on each quantity tier in the configurator above. For very large runs, request a custom quote for even better pricing.
