Business Use

Brochure King provides printing and related services to business and organizational customers. By placing an order, you confirm you are 18 or older and authorized to represent your business. You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and all activity on your account.

Orders & Payment

Quotes are estimates subject to change based on submitted specifications. Production begins only after full payment is received, unless written payment terms have been approved. Past-due balances incur a finance charge of 2% per month (24% APR), or the maximum rate permitted by applicable law, whichever is lower. Card declines will prevent order processing.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are only permitted before production begins. Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content, accuracy, and legal compliance of all files submitted. You must possess all necessary rights and permissions for any text, images, or designs before submitting them for print.

Color & Print Tolerances

We accept industry-standard variances in color accuracy, trim tolerance (±1/16"), finishing quality, and substrate variation. These variances are inherent to the printing process and do not constitute defects.

Returns & Claims

All claims must be submitted within five business days of delivery. Our exclusive remedy is a reprint or credit up to the purchase price of the affected items. All sales are final for custom printed products.

Limitation of Liability

Brochure King disclaims all indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability is capped at the amount paid for the affected items, except in cases of gross negligence.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping transit time is separate from production turnaround and depends on the carrier and method selected. Once an order is handed to a carrier, Brochure King is not responsible for delays, lost packages, damage in transit, or any issues beyond our control, including weather events or carrier errors. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing. For time-sensitive orders, please contact us before placing your order to confirm feasibility.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute is Ocean County, New Jersey.

Binding arbitration. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your orders will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its applicable rules, rather than in court. The arbitrator's decision is final and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Class action waiver. You and Brochure King agree that claims may be brought only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, or representative proceeding. Please read this section carefully, as it affects your legal rights.
